“Rated as 5 stars because of the Federal rebate, which makes this cheaper than even Russian steel cased bulk ammo. Would have rated it 3 stars at full price. Accuracy was only average as tested in three 9mm pistols shooting six different brands and bullet weights of ammo, and no malfunctions were encountered in 400 rds of shooting. Cartridges are nice reloadable brass.”
