I fired 20 rounds out on my Remington 742. No miss fires. Good grouping. Good ammo at a great price.

For surplus ammo appears to be in great shape. Only downside is that it is not reloadable. Will use as range ammo and plinking.

The packages are falling apart. Most of the rounds arrived loose in the shipping box.

I did my research on this ammo. Some sites had it listed as berdan primed, some as boxer. Some corrosive, some non-corrosive. I bought 250 rounds. Pulled one round apart: boxer primed. So far so good - reloadable. Tested for corrosion by igniting the primer over a bare nail and waiting a few days. Non-corrosive. Even better! I started shooting it and had reasonable results out of my M1 Garand and 1903 Springfield, typical of surplus ammo. Then I had a case head rupture and blew gas into my face. Thank god for glasses or I would be blind. I've never had this happen to me in 50 years of shooting. I'm not sure what to think now. Was it a fluke or is this ammo all suspect?

Very good condition milsurp that is hard to find these days. Shoots great with no issues. Price was good/reasonable given the current market.
