Company's delivery protocol was executed properly.
Product, however, was seriously flawed. To wit: based upon a limited sampling of 298 rounds from a total of 5000, fired mostly from a bolt action rifle or a single action revolver, the following data is submitted. Of the 298 tested rounds 146 failed "to go boom" for a 48.99% failure rate. Even considering the relatively low cost of 5 cents per round, any reasonable person would consider this to be excessively high. Additionally, one round's casing split during ignition.
It is acknowledged that it is policy not to receive returned ammunition; but, a partial reimbursement or credit towards future orders would be most welcome.”

50% failure rate makes these twice as expensive as advertised. Save your money and buy a better bullet.
