“My experience with Outdoor Limited certainly exceeded my expectations. My first order was shipped via Federal Express and even though the tracking stated that the package was delivered it never arrived. After some period of time Outdoor Limited credited my charge card refunding everything I had paid them. I turned around and ordered replacement cartridges for the ones that never arrived and shipped them via UPS with signature required. That was the cartridges in this order. About a month after receiving the replacement cartridges the original package arrived (It had been left at a house on a different street in the community). I immediately contacted the Customer Support Group at Outdoor Limited and paid them for the order that had finally arrived. The Customer Support displayed by Outdoor Limited was very professional and far exceeded my expectations. I would certainly purchase merchandise from them again.”
