“Federal seems to have figured out the powder charge now on the new rounds. These have shot pretty consistently and Moa or better. It is the best factory match round for one of my 2 rifles. Shoots well in the other, but the other likes the Hornady ELD better. Outdoor has the best price and service out there.”
