“Killed a beautiful buck pronghorn last fall with my .270 and this ammo. Pulled off the perfect stalk for a 65 yard shot. Animal fell dead in his tracks. No exit wound or excessive meat damage. Only knock some people seem to have is that it doesn't group well out of their individual guns. My gun loves it. May switch to full boar or outfitter though but wish they had them in bigger grain sizes for .270.
Bottomline: I actually recommend this ammo all the time and have successfully proven it in the field against a big game animal. Even at what most would consider a close range for that caliber it achieved brilliant terminal results.”
