“Hornady Critical Defense FTX in .38 Spl is a great choice in a self-defense .38 Spl round. Excellent penetration and expansion according to numerous ballistic gel tests by independent labs. Low recoil...and accuracy was spot-on from 25 feet coming back in to 10 foot range testing. I wouldn't hesitate to carry or keep nearby for home defense.”
