“Ordered one box of 50 rounds.
I opened the box and saw that a primer was missing.
I called Precision One to make them aware and filled out a form and sent it to them as requested and was told someone would get back to me and they never did.
I went to the range with a brand new Legend 350 revolver and the first shot seemed as if there was no gunpowder in the casing.
I believe the primer was the only energy in the round and it jammed the copper bullet into the barrel just in front of my cylinder.
It’s a real good thing I checked.
If I would have pulled the trigger again without checking, the revolver would have blown up in my face.
I called Precision One back and asked about the missing primer and told them someone was supposed to have called me back.
They wanted to send me a 20% off coupon.
I said to keep their coupon and let them know they just lost a customer and that I learned a valuable lesson.
Saving a few bucks isn’t worth the risk along with poor customer service.
There were people next to me and behind me at the range.
I am just thankful no one was hurt.
If it wasn’t for a tiny bit of smoke seeping out of the cylinder I would not have opened the cylinder to check and just tried another shot.”
