“In a bag of 100 rounds, 1 was completely mangled, and almost 20 others had an obvious ding (not scratch or abrasion) in the brass case. Outdoor limited did not want to claim any responsibility for this and turned this over to the manufacturer (Precision One Ammunition) as a manufacturer defect. Precision One said it was "normal" wear and tear from a bulk bag order, and did not want to claim any responsibility either.”
