I somehow got stuck with this $99 "FREE SHIPPING charge and now I am OUT $99. Your checkout HAS click for FREE shipping on orders over $$. I did NOT note that charge and when I called and tried to get my "Free Shipping" $99 back I was basically told TUFF luck NO REFUND. This upsets me to say the least.
