“No miss fires but very and I mean very big patterns at close range. I bought it for home defense I live in a residential neighborhood so want something that won't go through several walls . At 10-15 feet the pattern was over 12 inches. I had the same issue with their 12 gauge buckshot. Fine for messing around but definitely not for home defense.”
“The buckshot was fine, however, it was not as advertised. What was advertised was 20 Ga #00 Buckshot. It didn't appear to be #00 so I cut a round open. #00 buckshot is .33 inches. The average size of the Sterling buckshot was .292 inches. This falls between #2 buckshot .27 inches and #1 buckshot .30 inches. This is better than any other buckshot I have for the 20 gauge, but less than I expected. However, the interaction I had with Outdoor Limited was courteous and professional.”
