“i dont know if the rest are good i did shoot 5 rounds through a scar 17s to test it worked fine, i plan on using the rest to test and play with my post sample mg42 when its done so far so good.”
“Used American made brass before trying the Russian steel case and was positively surprised. The TULA ammo burns clean with little to none residues, fits very well in the chamber shot by shot.”
“I've had 2 Kabooms with this ammo so far. Well nothing too catastrophic, it's basically a case head failure. The case head/rim gets blown off leaving the rest of the case lining your chamber and difficult to get out. Low quality polymer mags will be destroyed and cheap metal mags will be bent beyond use. Good mags can be put back together and used again. Some rifles may have even more damage but I've fared well. I fired about 300 rounds of this until it happened so i thought it was just a fluke. Until it happened again in real deal M14.
In Tula's defense, they reimbursed me for the whole case and offered to pay any repair costs.
I will be downloading all the bullets and powder from the remaining cases and loading them in one fired NATO brass, then loading the steel cases with a very light varmint or plinking load.”
