“I would love to have this product to review. I have contacted OVEDS several times using different methods of contact, and not had any response - but they have asked me to provide a review so here it is:
Disappointing customer service.
According to tracking information through Australia Post, the order has gone as far as having a Label created by sender, and shipping information approved by Australia Post but the item has not been dispatched (Aus Post next step "We've got it" - has not been confirmed). I have not heard back from OVEDS about this. Paid in full 20 days ago! Please contact me to rectify and dispatch or refund.”
