“Order was delivered after the guaranteed 24-hour period, although the customer service representative kept me informed through the process. Reason given was that suppliers were holding up from the TBC announcement despite the order website claiming thousands were available.
Despite the delay and odd explanation, delivery did complete within the next half-day and customer service remained friendly throughout.”

First I buy so I wrote to the seller. He answered back within maybe 6 or 7 minutes.
Then I went on to pay my order and confirmed (I just wrote to them at that point the name of the character that should receive it).
They were very quick to reply and literally an hour later I had the gold :D
So for a first time, very good impression :)”
