At least a size over and is a regular to wide fit I have a very slim foot so it was way too big all over . But I would still recommend them as very practical and amazing comfy With a soft foot bed that feels like a cloud .. a brilliant slipper for inside and outside with the raised sole .. just wished they did a narrow smaller fit ..”
