“The item i am very pleased with, and speed of delivery, Good, however when receiving my parcel i had no emails or messages to say it was on its way the day of receiving it and the parcel was left outside my wheelie bin with no slip through my letter box to inform me it had been left there. I only found the item as i had another delivery that day from yodel and that delivery driver pointed out i had another parcel by my bin otherwise i would of been oblivious and has i live on a busy road it wouldnt of took long before someone would of probably spotted it and it would of been taken with me non the wiser. I hope this helps improving your business.”
