“When my daughters Fitbit strap broke I had real trouble tracking down a ‘genuine’ replacement. I thought we’d give OzStraps a go as the strap looked pretty much the same and the price was right. In person the strap looks the part, it does not give you the longer/shorter tail of the Fitbit original but works well enough.
Then something went wrong. The rubber started to give way around the buckle. I always think a measure of a company is how they handle problems: OzStraps told me they haven’t had any other issues with these straps have been friendly and helpful in getting us sorted with a replacement. You can’t ask for more than that!”
“High quality band, prompt delivery. However compared to my original Fitbit band it is slightly shorter and the holes closer together. This is not a problem for me as I have small wrists but measure first if you have wider wrists! Would be great size for children.”
