“The ordering process was easy to complete. The products were delivered promptly, within a few days of ordering. Unfortunately, I have found the Alta Fitbit watch bands difficult to use. I cannot get a secure closure on the band, and am fearful of losing my Fitbit if I use the band. I have difficulty pressing the little studs into the holes, I can get one in, but the other will not stay in place. Also, most watch bands have a loop to use as a secondary method of security. This band does not have this feature which is disappointing. I would recommend the company for their prompt service, but not recommend this particular band as a acceptable replacement.”
