I made a mistake on my address ( auto fill put in the Suburb in twice with no street), so really my fault but OzStraps gave me a credit and resent it to my correct address, without any hassle.
Better than fit bit, who even though the item was under warranty, made me jump through hoops to replace the band then just never sent it. So much appreciated OzStraps … Cheers Su

“The experience in purchasing the Fitbit Alta band was very pleasing for me, considering g that I mistakenly ordered the wrong type of band initially. Even though I mad the mistake Oz Straps return is process is A1. They took the wrong band back and even issued me an online credit once I had provided an AusPost record of the traceable return. I immediately ordered the correct band, applied my online credit voucher and two days later my correct band arrived. Nothing but praise for an outstanding returns process and exceptional customer service. Well done Oz Straps.”
