“I've been mostly happy with the product. It performed as well the the strap out of the box. My only issue has been that it developed a crack in the silicon after only a short while.
Frustrating as that is. I got in touch with ozstrsp and we're working out a solution. They've been incredibly responsive and helpful.
I suspect it's mainly a design flaw in the silicon and connection clip mounding as this is the 2nd strap I've had break. Including the original from Fitbit.
