“So far great. Waited a month to post this review, as I wanted to see if these bands held up to daily use (and abuse). Have to say I’m happily surprised. My only gripe would be with the little ring that holds the excess band in place after it’s tightened on your wrist. Found the ones that come with these bands a little loose compared to the original Fitbit ones. To get around it, I took the original one off the broken band and swapped it with the replacement one and all is good. That being said my daughter didn’t bother swapping hers with the original and has had absolutely no issues whatsoever. So I guess it’s not really that big a deal or necessary? In any case I’m happy with these bands, they’ve held up way better than expected and I’d happily buy them again. As for service and delivery - I couldn’t fault it. Very fast. Great communication. All up - 5 stars.”
“Really easy and convenient purchasing and receiving the straps. Just concerned that the actual product (ie the fitbit straps) quality is not durable enough. The original fitbit straps lasted 6 months and then I purchased the Ozstraps replacement which also lasted 6 months. This is the 3rd set of straps I'm trying now, so am hoping the fitbit quality has improved since then.”
