“The actual watch strap looks great, and the customer service we received has been really good as well.
My only issue is that the first watch strap I bought broke after around 4 weeks of wear. A small part kept coming apart, which caused the watch to unclip and fall off. I contacted customer service, and the representative was really helpful and offered a $50 voucher so we could replace it after sending the watch back to Oz Straps.
I then bought a replacement, but unfortunately when it arrived it was quite scratched. I contacted customer service again, sent through some photos, and they were more than happy to send a new one out.
Unfortunately, the new strap has since torn where the fabric connects the band to the watch clip, so it’s now unable to be worn.
Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with the customer service team and they’ve been helpful every time I’ve contacted them. However, the Vintage Leather watch strap itself has had quite a few issues in my case, which is disappointing given how good it looks.”

“Purchased this, it looked very nice, but was hopefully out of my size range. I have normal sized wrists being an average sized guy, and this thing was huge, as you can see from the photo, it was not even close to the last hole! So I had to return it.
The way it actually attaches to the watch is a little deceptive as well as unline the silicone bands, the clip is actually a metal extension to the band, so you have about 8mm of metal band each side of the watch (possibly why it does not fit so well!).”
