“Had it for 3 years and put it through its paces - outdoor work, gym, swimming etc. Way more comfortable to wear than the original band (especially for sleep tracking). I do avoid wearing it in the shower, as it would need to dry out each day.
Wear and tear:
Stitching has come undone at the beginning of the soft velcro - this happened probably half way through its life, which made it trickier to put on at times, but didn't effect how the band worked.
Velcro is starting to give up, so at times I knock it and the watch falls off, but I have been pretty rough on it.
Colour (green) has faded as well over time, and being material instead of rubber it can smell if you sweat heavily from gym or outdoor work. Bit of hand soap or dish soap to clean and air out, and it's good to go again.
I'm back here to buy again, this time I may buy another cheap band to use for when I don't want to let it get wet/dirty. For most of its life, it's been very good and very comfortable, only reason I'm buying again is the velcro starting to fail.”
“Rugged, breaks in easily to your wrist. Feels good, looks very unique compared to the usual.strap, cleans up easily in the shower aswell. I recommend this strap.to anyone who likes a light but tuff strap without the buckle.”
