“I had a couple of days off exercising and was feeling a bit stiff and sore, then used my massage gun on my legs and shoulders and felt like a new man with no aches or pains and moving freely again. I then went for a run and although it was supposed to be a slow stretch out I felt so good it turned out a lot faster and further than planned.
