“The Massage Gun appears to be OK, however, after fully charging it and then using it for the first time, it only worked for about 3 mins then an error message appeared and it shut off. When switched on again, it would work for less than a minute and would once again shut off. I have sent 5 emails to customer service and have not received a reply. I have also sent a message via their website which they promise to reply to within 24 hours - still no reply. There is no phone number to contact them direct. Whilst the Gun may be good if it works, it needs to work to be able to comment, so maybe Gun is OK but Customer Service sucks.”
