“Poor customer service & logistic. I wanted to cancel the order and put a new order because I had put an incorrect address. The customer service staff offered to update the address in the original order (Alex Wilson) so I didn’t need to re-order. I agreed. Despite confirming twice in the email of the new address, the item was shipped to the incorrect address. Disappointing.”
