“While there were many options to purchase two extractor fans from the major outlets it was the reviews that initially attracted me to this company. Purchased two units and unfortunately one was a little noisy. One email to their CS and a replacement was sent out within the week.
The customer service will always win out. So very impressed with their response time and restorative action.

A quick email, with a video of the issue, resulted in a quick resolution from both Oz Lighting and the manufacturer sending a replacement unit very quickly. Overall, with the unit installed and working correctly, I'm happy with the product and the light output.
