Thank you for your review, however we personally called and left a message with you as soon as you placed your order to inform you that the product you ordered was out of stock and on backorder. Many customers are happy to wait for the goods to come in and some customers are not able to wait for various reasons in which case we will gladly cancel the order for them.
To call us a scam in this circumstance is not really fair, we are not in the business of taking anyone's money for goods they have not received or are not completely satisfied with. We have over 4000 5-star reviews and over 400 4-star reviews.
