“Nothing wrong with the lamp, but the returns process is a joke. Send back at your own cost for store credit, or pay a 15% ‘restocking fee’ if you want a refund. For a 50$ lamp the latter option would mean a refund of ca. 27$ after postage and restocking fee - and they get to sell the lamp again. Seriously unimpressed and won’t buy from them again.”
