Instead of accepting blame they transferred the blame to the wholesaler they purchased from - even though it is their responsibility to ensure the product they are selling is exactly what they claim it to be. They were unprofessional in their corrospondence and did not offer a good end result. The were patronising and extremely unprofessional”
