“It is with sadness that I tell you that my Kettle light doesn't work! I have contacted you and included a video of it NOT WORKING. As it was a Christmas present that I contributed to so that my sons could give it to me it was going to be so special to illuminate alternatively my open light well and my balcony. I am disappointed, but I have found the salesman Josh has tried to be helpful and I am hopeful that the light will be replaced (soon) and will work.”
