“This S/S Base Layher is the BOMB! 1st ride was 45 degrees and wet. The Regulator kept me warm and dry. The fit is spot on. Ordered the same size that I wear for a Pactimo Jersey and it was just perfect. I would wear this base layer with arm warmers from 30 degrees to 60 degrees, just wear a lighter jersey if the temp is going to approach 60. Awesome job Pactimo.”

“It doesn’t get super cold here in winter so I mostly use a S/S base layer and arm warmer combo. The Regulator does a nice job of both insulating and wind stopping and lets me layer more lightly for temps in the low 40s. Fit is snug but accurate.”

“length is awesome, fit is great, it's warm without being too warm, soft despite the different feel of the fabric. would give it 5 stars if the neck was just a tad bit lower. It feels a little strange sitting so high in that one spot.”

“Great product that performs as advertised. I have been wearing this SS version and the LS version with my Alpine thermal jersey depending on the temp. It is great at wicking sweat and helping to regulate core temp. I have bought several more of them.”

“First thing is sizing. Pactimo, in my opinion, is European in its sizing. I wear a lot of Hincapie & Pearl Izumi and typically wear large. I am 6'2". Wear a 42 long coat. However, in Pactimo, I followed their size chart and originally purchased an XL only to find too small. Went to XXL and it was fine. This product though is very good. First day out, I rode 65 miles with my team in 40 degree weather with 10 - 20mph winds. I had this, arm warmers, my jersey and a vest on. Even had to take the vest off on the climb!! Very comfortable material. I say buy it!!!”

“This base layer is a great base layer when you want that protection against the cold but with short sleeves. It kept me dry and warm. My only issue is that it is a little more snug than my other pactimo base layers in the same size. It is no big deal, but it just feels a little more constricting. This may be normal. But I love the base layer and will get a few more.”

“I finally got to try out this base layer on a 60-degree (F) ride, and found this base layer to be comfortably warm without ever making me feel overly hot. It is definitely a thicker material, so not meant for warm-weather riding. The fit is tighter than that of the standard Pactimo base layer, so take that into account when sizing. Overall, I was very impressed with its ability to regulate body heat in changing conditions.”
