Good at the fabrics purpose but not flattering and anticipated a longer cut from the pics. I’m small- almost 5’7” and 125, but it rides up significantly and becomes distracting

I have both the short sleeve and long sleeve version of the Thermoregulator Base Layer. Soft, lightweight, and dries super fast. I'm a skinny 5'5 and the women's small fits well.

Great cold-weather base layer. Was remarkably dry even when I was sweating a lot and my jersey over this was very damp. I was happily surprised.

Haven’t had a chance to try this outside yet, but the fit and feel are great.

Haven't worn outside yet, but upon trying on, I told a friend that it makes me feel like a badass knight :P This is my first cold weather base layer and first short-sleeve one too, but I look forward to wearing it in the fall and perhaps when commuting (if we get to do that again). I'm 5'2, 130lbs, and got a medium.

I'm actually wearing this right now as I type :) This is the best base layer - perfect for slightly cool days when you know you'll warm up but it's still gonna take a bit to get going OR for hotter days when you've underestimated the weather. It has quickly become my go to base layer to the point that I bought a second one already. I've even been experimenting w leaving wind layer at home to see how this does (in 12-15C in overcast SF) and it works!

After several weeks of use, I'm very impressed with how well this base layer wicks. I sweat more than most people, and all other base layers that I've tried just get soaked and keep me cold in the winter. This one stays remarkably dry (not completely so, of course, but better than expected). I would recommend this base layer for cooler rides, but it's probably too warm for rides warmer than 55-60 deg F.
