“I bought them size M and they are a little big for my arms I’m 5.5 130lbs I gave them to my husband and he love them! He is 5.9 160lbs.”

“6'1 145 and they were a bit big for me on the upper arm band. Swapped them out for a Small and perfect. Great on days that are in the 40's/50's. I typically am riht on the edge of a small or medium jersey so if you tend to have smaller arms I'd recommend sizing down.”

“I’m 6’1”, 185, and have skinny arms. I typically have to buy large arm warmers for length, but the tops are loose. And when they stretch, they constantly fall down. The mediums gave me the length I need, but with a good snug fit on my upper arms. They keep my arms warm down to 45 , and are great on these early fall days that start out cold but quickly warm.”
