“The sizing chart at my dimensions recommended size L. However, for the most snug fit on any bottoms, I size down. Otherwise, these knee warmers stay in place for hours, without any tugging or readjustments.”

“These knee warmers keep my knees nice and toasty on those chilly morning rides. I would recommend sizing up. I orginally bought small but they were too tight. Ordered a M that fit just perfect. I donated the SM to a local youth bicycling team. I'm 5'6" 127 lbs athletic build. My legs are not big so I was surprised how tight the SM was considering I had older knee warmers that were size SM. The knee warmers are worth purchasing ......and they stay in place (no knee creep)”

“I always feel like full bib tights is a concession to the cold. When you put the tights on, you know it's going to be a colder, harder, slower ride than you want to do. So I wear my Alpine Thermal bib shorts for as long as I can, into the 30's in Chicago if the sun is shining brightly. The guys laugh at me in their long bibs, but that doesn't bother me. My knees getting cold? That does bother me. No more. These are the same size as the bibs that I wear on my 5'10", 162# frame, and they stay in place and fit the bill. Probably can't wear the shorts and knee warmers into the 20s, but I might try...”

“I wear a size large in the bibs but had to size down to a size M in the warmers so that they didn't fall down my leg. After doing that, they were perfect. (I'm 6'2'' and 175lbs).”
