“Fits perfectly. I'm 6'1" and about 190 pounds with a long torso and this fits snug, but not tight. No flapping around, but it's also not constricting. Does a great job of keeping the core warm on chilly mornings or in the wind. Very visible, which I like a lot. Packs down to easily fit in a jersey pocket with room to spare.”
