“A minor item, but understand the function. The elastic around the armpit area of the vest help prevent wind but at the same time seems restrictive. Someone lost my old vest, which I was pretty upset, but that was the best. This vest is good, but just not as good as prior design. Being very picky though; believe this vest would be good for anyone and still love how it packs easily into a back pocket.”
