“I am a 5' 5" male weighing 160 pounds. My bicep where the top of the summer sleeve sits measures 12.5 inches in circumference. From the same point of my bicep to my wrist measures 15 inches in length. I was undecided between sizes Medium and Large but went with Large because I figured it would be better if I had too much length rather than the top of the sleeve being too tight on my arm. Glad I went with the Large. After wearing and washing the Summer Sleeve once, I measured the length of the Sleeve and the width of the top opening. The length was 18 inches (unstretched) and 11 inches wide at the top. The Sleeve did not slip during my ride but also did not feel tight. Just right. As for the length, those extra inches just seemed to disappear during the ride and not be an issue. When I rode it was about 80 degrees and 65% humidity. The Sleeves didn't bother me at all, but time will tell how they feel when later this summer it reaches 90 degrees and 90% humidity.”

“Excellent summer sun protection. These replace a previous pair destroyed in a road crash (they protect very well from the sun, but not rough concrete). Sizing aligns with jersey size (L vs L), the elastic is not too tight, and they do not slip.”
