“Love this jacket. It's not impervious to wind or weather but a really solid jacket. Runs small and doesn't have a ton of stretch. I'm usually a S/M and a L is perfect (5'4", 140#, linebacker shoulders).”

“Great fit, lightweight and perfect warmth for colder weather rides. I wore it on my 1st winter ride of the new year to the top of Mt Diablo. I normally freeze on the ride down regardless of my layering strategy. I honestly could not believe how warm I stayed on the descent. This jacket is well worth the investment - I would definitely buy again.”

“I purchased this in manic yellow XS. I have worn it several times and was quite pleased with its performance. I feel the cold and this jacket kept me warm with one or two base layers and no jersey in temps down to 38. It is lightweight and does not feel bulky in any way. The side vents are great to help in temp regulation. The zippered pocket holds my phone and the other pockets are roomy and sufficient to carry extra glove liners and nutrition. I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Added this heavier jacket for days when the Keystone isn’t enough. The construction and fit are excellent. Blocks the wind, layers well, the collar is excellent as are the longer sleeves. Roomy back pockets make it easy to reach in with gloved hands. Zipped side vents for cooling are great Only change would be a two-way zipper like the Divide.”

“Love the color and fit. I really appreciate the hole for the thumb and the high neck collar to break the wind. The jacket does a wonderful job breaking the wind. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the smell. I am super sensitive to smells and the jacket is still hanging in the garage.”

“I cannot say enough about this garment. I am always cold on rides, and this has solved that problem and then some! The Vertex has kept me warm and toasty in the low 30s with a windchill in the high teens. I wear it road and mountain biking. Love the neck coverage and the air vents- you will use them because this jacket is so warm. The only thing to note is absolutely size up. Buy this jacket- you need it!”
