“I purchased a small and medium to compare sizes. I'm 5'4", small runner build and kept going back and forth on the two sizes. Ultimately I kept the size Small in Manic Yellow for women. Although I'm petite, its quite tight in the chest area while standing. While cycling, it's a perfect fit. The jacket makes a perfect lightweight wind jacket that also repels water. Was able to test it this morning, during the ONE day Phoenix gets drizzle rain. It kept me dry from the rain and was a superior wind block jacket that easily stuffed into my rear jersey pocket.”

“I really liked the feel and fit of this jacket. However, I just replaced a wind jacket that didn't have a rear pocket. The torrent stretch jacket doesn't have a pocket or a 2-way zipper to access jersey pockets. I thought for a rain jacket used only during precipitation, I could do without pocket or zip. In the end, I decided to just return this jacket. If someone doesn't consider these features a dealbreaker, then it's definitely worth buying.”

“I haven't gotten to test out this jacket in a downpour yet, but when the time comes, I'll be ready! I love the fit and styling of this jacket. Only improvement I can think of would be to add a rear zip pocket. Definitely runs on the slimmer side.”

“This is a great jacket that is quite warm. It does repel water decently but I’ve found I actually also like to use it instead of my Divide jacket for the extra warmth.”
