“On the whole this is a fantastic product but it had a near fatal flaw. I love the size, build quality, functionality, etc. my only problem was that the shoulder straps don’t stay in place. By the end of my ride the straps have fully extended until the bag is sagging on my butt. I ended up having to tie the loose ends of the strap in a knot so they don’t slide. I would recommend having a Velcro on the loose end that allows it to be rolled up to prevent loosening, like the camelback M.U.L.E. If you could make that change this would be the perfect commuter bag.”

“I really like this backpack for short errands and trip, especially to the Post Office for delivery of client projects and returning with mail that is protected from the elements. Comes up a little high on my back making it hard to see clearly while riding with a rear view mirror. My only complaints. Jim Remillard, Clio, CA”

“Loved it! Perfect for racing and traveling. I has enough room for a change of clothes, shoes, nutrition and even some extras. The straps are very comfortable and well made for cycling with the bag on.”
