“I've tried Pactimo's full line of shorts. The Ascent strikes me as the best value. 5 stars. I've stretched these out for 8 hr rides and come home without a single complaint from the undercarriage thanks to a fantastic chamois. Run a bit tight. If they ever integrate the Summit's soft waistband approach (which I love) into the Ascent, they'll get 5.5 stars from me and I'll order a 3rd pair!”

“Well-made shorts-- but I would say that the sizing runs too small on the XXL size; they fit more like a snug XL size. Maybe I am the odd one out, but I like my cycling shorts to fit such that I do not feel 'compressed' by the shorts in the waist and the legs. I am fit and I ride 6000 miles per year in the mountains, but I think Pactimo should relax the fit somewhat so that when on the bike or off, the shorts do not made me feel like I have been 'packaged' in shrink wrap!”
