I like the material, especially the leg band. Chamois is comfortable

Decent shorts, the size is spot on. They're not as sturdy or compressive as the vector pro shorts. The chamois is a step down, too (not bad by any means, just fewer technical bells and whistles, it's a simpler pad.) The fabric is thinner and has more stretch, the leg bands are narrower than The vectors (and in general). The stretchier fabric and narrow bands combined mean you're more likely to get a little sausage leg of you're prone to that. I bought them on sale, and am perfectly happy with them for short rides on warm days or for spin class. They're not my go to shorts for "serious" rides, not much overly special about them. I don't think they'd totally pass the see-through text if you wear your shorts pretty snug. If I'd paid full price I would've been a little disappointed in the entry-level fabric and lack of technical details.

I wish there was a picture of the chamois on these shorts on the product page. I love my Pactimo Ascent shorts, but these have a very different chamois that has a thick padded area in the front that unfortunately bunches and creates uncomfortable pressure. They don't suit me, so my husband has inherited them. Quality is lovely, just don't like the chamois.
