First I wanted to ride in these a few times before I reviewed them. I have 2 pair of the 12 hour bib, but these have a new chamois as well as the "Pockets". First the general fit of the uppers and body of the shorts are great, the top is I would say more comfortable than the old style. The chamois has worked great I have two 100 mile rides on these now and both times presented no issues or complaints from my bum.. The pockets this is why I really wanted these - I do a lot of longer rides and some bike touring - the pockets on the legs are greatcoat bulky and can hold a bar or just wrappers as you finish a mid ride snack. The pocket on the back above your bum is well OK I found when I put things in that pocket my jersey would ride up above those items.. All in all I really dig these shorts and would recommend again!

The pockets on the bibs, that are the greatest! The first 7 rides in these bibs were 6 days /739 miles of a solo adventure ride and the 7th day was the Unbound 200. When bike packing the pockets were a great place of the phone, easy to grab for photos. The smaller pockets in the back were idea for the headphone case and receipts . During Unbound the pockets were usefully for food!

Wore them for Unbound 200, they were great, I loved the side pockets and better yet, they were extremely comfortable for the entire day!

I was somewhat skeptical about pockets on bibs however, I was intrigued by the concept. I did a big ride and gave them a try and was sold on them. 7 gels in one pocket and chapstick, car key, and trash in the other. That allowed me to carry a jacket, arm warmers, phone, and money pouch in the back of the jersey. 127 miles and 10000 feet of climbing later I was super comfortable. The compression and chamois were AWESOME first class bibs all of the way.

I was very interested in this bibb because it had a side pocket. My expectation was that the pocket would be similar to a snudge pocket to hold my phone while I was riding.

These are the best bibs I have ever owned and well worth the price. Excellent for long distances and extreme heat.
