“The belt was just as depicted in the picture. It is a Christmas present for my son and I am sure he will be delighted with the quality. I liked I could have his initials monogrammed onto the front of the belt making it more personal for him. I was being offered a discount as a first time customer and I was expecting the discount to be taken off at the checkout. When this didn't happen I tried to raise customer service which wasn't available at the time of my checkout but I sent an email saying I wanted to order the belt and not wait in case the colour I had chosen would be sold out. Sent at the same time as I ordered and I just assumed that the discount would be applied later once my email had been read. The company were adament they didn't give retrospective discounts although they would have lost nothing because I bought the belt and in normal circumstances had they been available at the checkout I would have got the belt discounted. Pity really, the customer service couldn't stretch its policy to a first time customer because as I told them , in the circumstances, I wouldn't be a second time customer. Just be aware that you have to search your emails to get the credit code which I didn't know I had to do. Found the code after I had ordered the belt some time later. Just assumed that pleasing first time customers would be a priority.”
