Hello, we would be more than happy to help you. I can see that you emailed us on the 13/5/25 looking to exchange. I replied to your email on the same day providing all the details you would require to return it to us. As of yet, we have heard nothing since. Please provide more details and we will of course look into this for you. Have you returned the parcel as we suggested?

We are sorry to hear of the trouble you experienced regarding your parcel delivery. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes impacted many free shipping deliveries around the Christmas and New Year period. We expanded the delivery window notification from 5 days to 10 but sometimes this still fell short. If customers selected the premium shipping option, we used DHL’s 24 hour service, and in the rare instances where DHL also failed to deliver within this window we were able to refund our customers. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. We are now seeing all shipping options return to normal.
