My third Pampeano belt and I couldn’t decide which one to go for, so I let fate decide; I was not disappointed. I got a beautiful blue and gold one, which I had actually been thinking of getting anyway. Quick delivery and in the traditional box. Take a punt! Go for the mystery…..

I ordered two mystery polo belts. I was a little apprehensive as obviously with them being mystery I hoped I would like them. But saying that there were so many designs I was glad I didn’t have to choose. They both arrived, beautifully wrapped, and to be honest it was quite exciting seeing what I had been sent. I am very happy with both, so that worked well for me. Beautiful belts and top quality.

We are sorry to hear of the trouble you experienced regarding your parcel delivery. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes impacted many free shipping deliveries around the Christmas and New Year period. We expanded the delivery window notification from 5 days to 10 but sometimes this still fell short. If customers selected the premium shipping option, we used DHL’s 24 hour service, and in the rare instances where DHL also failed to deliver within this window we were able to refund our customers. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. We are now seeing all shipping options return to normal.
