“Ordering the sign was easy. The online system was easy. I had the ability to upload a picture and preview the sign prior to purchasing. I was disappointed with the actual sign upon arrival. I purchased a reflective sign, unfortunately, you see the vertical lines throughout the whole sign where the reflective material is during the day. It looks rather tacky and poor quality. The material was rather flimsy. When tightening the sign to the pole it started to cave in and buckle. Had I known, I would have purchased a thicker sign. I purchased the same grade from another company and that company's sign seemed to be sturdier.”

“The sign had a dent and was separated in one corner. I was going to return it but my husband had already had it installed before I got to tell him. Because it is separated on the one corner where it appears to have been dropped, I was going to try and seal it somehow so it went separate more.”
