“My order was supposed to be shipped out on a certain day and didn’t go out until several days later. There was never any email notification of a delay or any type of issue. I emailed to inquire but it took 5 days to get a response. They did refund me for shipping, but it would’ve been great to have some better communication. They did not give any reason or explanation for the delay. When I did end up receiving the sign, unfortunately the outside coating was all peeled off in several spots all along the bottom. I’m not really sure how this possibly passed through quality control without being noticed. I sent them pictures and they sent out a replacement, which is great. Unfortunately, they sent it a very slow shipping method, which was surprising because you would think it would be expedited after the mistakes they made, but it was not. It also never got delivered after waiting weeks. So now they have supposedly sent out a 3rd replacement. It’s been over a month since I ordered, and when I originally ordered this was supposed to be here in just a couple days. Maybe the third time is the charm. Unfortunately, despite me asking that it be expedited, they still sent it the slowest shipping method. Trying this for the third time but we’ll see if it ever arrives. The sign itself looks like it could be nice if it did not have the flaw. Email customer service is definitely lacking and slow. However, I will say that when I called phone customer service the person was very nice and responsive and I had a great customer service experience via phone. Sometimes it’s just easier to email though, so it would be great to have that option as well. Hoping the replacement sign is better than the first one. And hoping I actually receive it. Customer Service is definitely lacking. I should have known from the name of the company that you get what you pay for. Every time they send out a replacement, they asked me to write a review, so I guess I’ll just keep writing reviews for every transaction.”

“have not received 2nd sign when i submitted the org. order you could not see the two text on it. only one. i called and the very nice rep walked me thru the correction process. i have not received the 2n d sign yet but feel sure it will be good. i am used to doing photos and usually what you submit is what you get. could not see behind picture but all was corrected i think. i will know more when i get the 2nd order. thank you for your help.”
