“My first watch came and the crown was immediately broke. The watch was beautiful. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. I went to the Paul Rich team and told them a bout the watch being broken and after a few days of talking they sent out a full replacement watch which was beautiful as well and works completely fine. So 5 stars for the service and it came faster than my first watch. Thank you for the A-rate service.”
